Disney is introducing a bracelet called Magic Band. The battery powered band will make your next visit to Disney World extra Magical!
This picture sums up what our Disney World trip meant for us. Everything went very smoothly with the trip. Our family enjoyed eating at Disneyworld – we enjoyed the 1900 Cafe at the Grand Floridan since my daughter was able to interact with Mary Poppins, Les Chef de France since she got to talk with Chef Remy, and my wife and I enjoyed the Brown Derby. We also ate at Cinderella’s table but ironically, my daughter was so tired that she slept through the meal!
Here’s a short video from Disney asking guests:
“What is your favorite thrill ride at Disney World?”
The Super Bowl MVP (or winning quarterback) often is shown after the game saying “I’m going to Disney World!” Drew Brees got his dream on Monday as this video from Disney shows:
Here’s a short video from Disney with a behind the scenes look at the Osborne Lights – an impressive holiday lighting display at Disney World. We always make time to visit the Osborne Lights when in Disney World in December – one of our favorite attractions! Didn’t know about the hidden “purple cat” mentioned towards the end of this video.
Here’s a video from Disney with a Rockin version of “Heigh-Ho” from Los Lobos performed in front of the Germany Pavillion at Epcot. Heigh Ho never sounded so good!
Here’s a Disney video with some holiday lighting tips – from an expert involved in the Osborne Lights display at the Disney Studios. The Osborne light display is one of our favorite areas to visit in Disney World during the holiday season. The paper towel tube tip for holding light strings (at the end of this video) is a good one!
Watch the video below from Disney on the history of steam trains at the Disney parks. Interesting that Walt had a steam train setup around his house in the late 40’s, and that was a hint of things to come at Disneyland. We always try to ride the train at least once in our visits to the Magic Kingdom – how about you?
