Let us plan your next Disney Cruise!
Return to Question of the Week Highlights On the four and seven night Disney cruises there is at least one "at sea" day. Do you enjoy the "at sea" days or do you prefer the days when the ship is visiting a port? What are some of your favorite activities to participate in on a Disney Cruise "at sea" day? Answers from the list: I love the days at sea. They are so relaxing. The spa is awesome. I love the tours on the ship and the theater. It is a great time to catch the characters as well. Guy --------- For the "at sea days", we love going to the Vista Spa. We usually go every day. Also, we love just enjoying the ships and taking some of the programs offered. Enjoyed the wine tasting, ship lectures, bingo, and movies. Marcel -------- I love sea days! I love to go to the different classes -- napkin folding, crafts, *learn to draw a Disney character*. Usually our ds (he was 7 & 8 on our 3 DCL cruises) goes with me to the *family activities*. DH, our youngest dd (when she's not in the kids club!!!) and our teen dd (when she's not hanging out with the other teens!) usually swim, order room service and sit on the verandah, etc.... Dh enjoys the tequila tasting, also! LOL! Stephanie ---------- We love the at sea days because we don't have 'booked activities' so we go at our own pace. We like to catch movies at the Buena Vista Theater, go for a swim, go for walks around the ship, play a little bingo, catch an auction, take more pictures, shop in the boutiques, maybe have a nap or sit on our veranda order a sandwich and enjoy the sea. °O° °O° Jackie °O° °O° ------------ We are sure to get in a Palo brunch on our sea day. Anything else is gravy! It's a great time to relax on the verandah, too. I have literally hundreds of pictures of the water going by! If your lucky, you can see dolphins, seals, and whales!! (Depending on where you're sailing!!!) Of course, when DCL has all their tastings, we're right there, too! Napkin folding seminars should NOT be held after martini tasting!!! KB -------- This is the only cruise line where i truely enjoyed the days at sea. I got myself to the adult only pool early in the morning, sat in the hot tub (which is hard to do on any other cruise line since there are so many kids in it). Then we would go the the dining room for a nice lunch. We also went to the movies. It was great fun. Laura Return to Question of the Week Highlights
