On a recent trip to Las Vegas we dined at one of the best seafood restaurants around – Estiatorio Milos in the Cosmopolitan Hotel.  We were first introduced to Milos two years ago on the Las Vegas Lip Smacking Foodie Tour.  We liked the restaurant so much on that tour that we decided to come back on a future trip to eat a full meal here.milos2

Milos has a lunch special (at $29 per person as of February 2018).  Compared to the dinner prices, this is a good value as each person gets an appetizer, main course, and dessert.

We found the wait staff helpful as we sorted through the various lunch choices.

The Caprise Salad was a favorite of mine as my appetizer – I have never tasted tomatoes so fresh!  My shrimp saganaki main course was also delicious.

Milos has an open feel to it, with fresh fish and vegetable displays next to the dining area.

We enjoyed our relaxed lunch here (compared to our usual Las Vegas buffet hopping habits!) For fine dining on the Las Vegas Strip we recommend Milos.

Anne says:

The food was very good. There are two of the five Appetizer options that include a $10 supplementary fee. I ordered the Grilled Octopus which was one of the two extra fee choices. It was tasty and something I wouldn’t normally order in Colorado. There are also two Main Course options with the supplementary fee – Colorado Prime Lamb Chop and Nova Scotia Deep Sea Lobster Pasta. We didn’t try either one of these on this visit, but there’s there’s always a future visit. The Dorade Royale grilled Mediterranean Sea Bream I ordered was delicious.
We finished our meal with the Fresh Fruits of the Season dessert. A meal we thoroughly enjoyed!
